To celebrate its 50th anniversary, regional energy supplier Energie Südbayern kicked off its "Anniversary Tour 2012" in March with the green EnergyMobil from MOST. The first successful stop on the tour, which included a total of 80 dates in Upper and Lower Bavaria, was Murnau. Here, visitors had the opportunity to compete in a race on the ESB car track and win great prizes: participants had to convert their muscle power into kilowatt hours using the EnergieRadl – the electricity generated by pedalling then flowed into the racing cars on the ESB car track, so to speak. The stylishly equipped truck is a real highlight, with an interior featuring an illuminated counter and floor base as well as high-gloss white walls for a modern and elegant overall look. In addition to the special fun factor for young and old, there is interesting information about the latest technologies such as micro combined heat and power plants and mini gas heat pumps.
