Attracting Talent with Mobile Experiences
In a highly competitive market, Airbus set out to position itself as an attractive employer with a targeted talent acquisition campaign: the Careers Truck Roadshow. Faced with the challenge of attracting qualified professionals for a technologically demanding industry, Airbus decided not only to showcase its diverse career opportunities and innovative strength at trade fairs, but also to take them directly to universities and public spaces. The goal was to bring potential applicants into close contact with the technologies and inspiring corporate culture of Airbus. To successfully implement this mission, which went far beyond a traditional job advertisement, Airbus relied on our partnership. We managed the strategic tour planning, including the logistical routing and the selection of locations. We delivered a customized roadshow truck, which we converted into an interactive experience space. The interior design was specifically tailored to showcase Airbus’s high-tech solutions in an impressive way and to provide visitors with a deep understanding of working at Airbus through interactive exhibits and media screens. Our services were rounded off by the professional implementation of branding, giving the vehicle a consistent and impactful brand presence. Thanks to this mobile platform, Airbus was able to effectively engage potential applicants and present itself as a modern, forward-looking employer.
