For almost 25 years, Samsung has been actively promoting grassroots and elite sports and supporting the Olympic Games as a sponsor and "Presenting Partner".

Samsung also supported the torch relay for the Youth Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck as a "presenting partner".

The flame for the Youth Olympic Games was lit in the Panathinaikos Stadium in Athens and flown to Austria. There, the traditional torch relay began, covering 65 stages and a total of 3,573 kilometres across the country.

Always at the side of the Youth Olympic Torch: the 15-metre-long Samsung Olympic truck.

An accompanying team of over 30 people, including a DJ, ensured a unique experience throughout. A total of 355 runners from 12 nations were nominated by Samsung for the Youth Olympic Torch Relay — 12 of them for Germany.

The Samsung Olympic Truck was specially built by MOST to specifications for this eventful occasion. The extraordinary design and equipment of the parade trailer meet the highest standards.

In addition to musical support from a DJ with a powerful sound system and innovative LED outdoor media panels, drummers ensured maximum attention and pure fun for the enthusiastic young athletes and the audience.

Thanks to the unique Samsung show truck, as many people as possible were able to experience and share the excitement of the Youth Olympic Winter Games – an unforgettable experience.
