MOST supports the GreenTec Innovation Awards with the FUTURIA truck
Special vehicle manufacturer MOST Mobile Specials is supporting the GreenTec Awards and sending its most innovative truck model, FUTURIA, to the award ceremony in Munich. The visionary truck, with its eye-catching design in the GreenTec Awards look, will be promoting the ecological social event for a whole week – on the streets of the state capital and at the exhibition grounds during IFAT.
Award for green innovations
The annual GreenTec Awards ceremony took place at the International Congress Centre Munich (ICM) as part of a glamorous gala. In the presence of leading representatives from business, science, politics and the media, the most innovative green products, projects and environmental technologies were honoured with a GreenTec Award in a total of nine categories and six special prizes.lt;/p><blockquote id="">The environmental summit once again attracted high-profile laudators and speakers – an impressive sign of the growing interest in sustainable technology.
Guests such as Peter Altmaier, Head of the Federal Chancellery, and Günther Oettinger, EU Commissioner for Energy, emphasised the importance of green technologies. Environmental activist David Mayer de Rothschild and Dr Heike Schiffler from Tetra Pak also gave a joint laudatory speech.
Culinary highlights – especially the vegetarian catering provided by Feinkost Käfer – ensured that guests were well fed. Musical acts such as Clark Datchler (Johnny Hates Jazz) and Rea Garvey rounded off the evening.
FUTURIA – an ambassador for sustainability
The award ceremony marks the start of IFAT, the world's largest trade fair for environmental technology. Renowned partners such as Airbus, Porsche and TÜV Nord support the GreenTec Awards, as does MOST.
As a GreenTec ambassador, the FUTURIA truck stands out thanks to its aerodynamic design, which sets it apart from conventional transport vehicles. It exemplifies the innovative strength of MOST, Europe's leading manufacturer and rental company of special vehicles for mobile promotional campaigns, events and information campaigns.
With its lightweight composite fibre body and aluminium frame trailer, the FUTURIA consumes only 22 litres of fuel per 100 km
– a groundbreaking figure in its class.
For the organisers, the truck has long been an integral part of the event – with its eye-catching design and limited-edition handcrafted manufacture.
